Natural Mage is the second book in the Magical Mayhem series by author K.F. Breen.
After narrowly surviving my entry into the magical world, I made a promise to myself: no more hiding in the broom closet. The Natural Mage appears about six months after the events of Natural Witch. Penny lived and practiced with Callie and Dizzy despite their differences in abilities and styles. With no contact from Emery except for the occasional gift of a power stone, Penny is in emotional turmoil. Not only does she miss her partner in crime (sometimes literally), but she also doesn’t feel the magical connection to Callie and Dizzy that she so easily gained with Emery.

The plot takes us through these first steps in Penny’s coexistence with dual mages, and when that soon comes to fans. Given Penny’s magical potential and her connection to Emery, the Order couldn’t let her slip away from them. It soon became apparent that her skills weren’t progressing to a level that would keep her safe and free from the clutches and influence of the Order.
