So I love Victor Methos’ books, but I don’t like the narrator switching between books. I don’t like this narrator. It’s amazing how listening to books changed my expectations about the kind of books I enjoy listening to. This is definitely a good sequel to book 1, The Plague, but there are a few plot holes (like what happened to her boss’ voicemail in book 1). Also, I find the behavior of the characters a bit naive as we have been through the covid pandemic for 1.5 years and still increasing. I wish I could listen to book 3, but I can’t find it on audio yet.

Once again, this giant in the horror genre has kept me on the couch all day this New Year, ruining my family reunion. ! Damn when the divorce is next and the last one tripled, I rate this again worthy of 5 stars! This divorce a joke my sense of humor!
