Asher is working undercover as a bar tender to capture JuJu, who they consider to be a serial killer and drug dealer. Sierra has just moved to New York on the run and needs cash. She said she would only work for the tip. As soon as Asher saw her, he took a liking to her. She is not only beautiful but also witty and he can tell something is going on with her.
She beat him up thinking she was being watched coming home the first night after work. This starts their friendship and he needs to help her, stay close to her and protect her. She doesn’t trust easily because her husband has high profile relationships everywhere. Asher is awesome! He told himself that he had never been with anyone other than sex…. no relationship, no connection, and when you know- you know. He fell in love with Sierra and tough.
