I can’t remember how many times I’ve read this novel over the years and I can say very honestly that each time was like the first time I read it. I loved this book, it was and always will be the best novel Clive cussler has ever written. It was the book that started my obsession with clive cussler novels.
What a composed masterpiece, blending historical fact with unbelievable fiction!
This is my first experience with Clive Cussler (I LOVE bringing him into the story!) and I can’t wait to find more….and so much to gobble up. I admire the plot’s imagination and wonder how long it took Cussler to develop his plot.
I find it difficult to begin to recount the intricacies of the plot. I can only say that if you like a good, rippling story full of adventure and historical facts, then this book is an absolute treasure waiting for your imagination. You will live it!
