Servant of the Empire is a science fiction book written by Raymond E. Feist and Janny Wurts.
The poignant film reveals the story of love, hatred, and sacrifice against the panorama of an unfamiliar but familiar society.

This is one of my favorite books to read. At first I was worried about the narrator. But she’s more mature than me. She doesn’t seem to really convince the male voice. I wanted to hear a more “different” voice from her with each character, although Mara’s voice was just right. I think I just love listening to R C Bray. Overall it’s worth five stars and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I love all the books I’ve read about the Midkemian/Kelewan universe from Feist so far. After finishing four Wizarding books, I came across Daughters of the Empire. After completing Daughter, I immediately purchased the Servant of the Empire.

If you like Feist’s writing style then you’ll love this book and the Empire Trilogy as a whole. Empire Trilogy offers an incredible story about the world of Kelewan, as well as a different look at the war compared to the Magician series.

In particular, Servant of the Empire offers a great continuation of the foundation laid for Mara and Acoma in DotE. All the intrigue you’d expect from a Board Game, as well as the heartwarming love and happenings with Cho’Ja.

I will keep the entire series in my bookshelf so my future kids can read them as teenagers.
