I would definitely recommend this book. The combination of magic (or Resources) and combat, and a bit of an all-in-one love story is just amazing. Book one is also very good. I think this is officially my favorite series, and believe me, I’ve read a lot of books and am even writing one myself.

My only disappointment is that I read this book so quickly! I’m definitely an Oren fan too! This author created a whole new element of chaos, new and fresh and you go on the journey right next to Lark and you become fiercely loyal, full of hope and anxiety and want all goes well as the story takes you up and down on an emotional roller coaster. This series is so amazing and I hate I’m waiting for the author to get ready for book 3! Tick-tock-tock! Can not wait! Great read!
