I have read many books by Dave Ramsey. I’m new to being a parent and I’m looking forward to breaking news from this book. What I got was a revival of the rest of his books. Not that that’s bad, it’s just not so good. I enjoyed Dave Ramsey’s concept of saving money and being debt-free, but there’s very little new information in this book. And all the information is repeated so many times that it is almost boring. However, there is very useful information just very little.

I like the way the book is presented. I think Rachel did a great job using her own life experiences to show how she taught herself, as a child, the values ​​Dave teaches. Dave’s honest input, with his common sense and gentle touches of biblical influence… Very poignant. I finished the book wishing I had had it years ago when my kids were grown up… But still so much can be accomplished with the advice and knowledge shared. Thank you Dave and Rachel!
