I’m really afraid my Elemental Assassin readers will get bored. Why? Because I find myself feeling the same about every book in the series. Not because they’re hashing the same scenarios over or because the characters do the same thing from book to book. That’s because each person takes things up a notch. The world gets bigger, the characters and the relationships between them become stronger, and more information is revealed. Every time I read one of the books in this series, I think it’s my favorite. These books are just fine.

Spider’s Revenge is very intense on many levels. The stakes are much higher for Gin and company. This time it’s personal on many levels. If Gin wants to make sure that Mab never hurts anyone she cares about again, then she must be destroyed. That makes the danger and the fighting becomes intense in the end. Because Gin has little hope of escaping the final battle with Mab alive also increases the sentiment. There are so many heart breaking moments in this moment. There are also lots of warm hearts as well.

Great book from start to finish! I left a slightly negative review on the last book because I found the first part quite repetitive but that’s because I’ve only just read the series and the books go backwards so for me it’s repetitive. repeat but this book is not like that at all! Yes, she mentioned the events before as any author would write a series but then she went straight to the story and it continued until the last page! After submitting this review, I will be downloading the next installment in the series on my Kindle!!! Can’t wait to see what happens next!
