What else can I say but Lauren Blakely brings us back to being sexy and exciting again. Yes, a shorter but swoon-worthy story. Can I say that I need me not Gabriel. He will steal your heart from the moment you meet him. And so is Penny. Interesting from the first page to the last.
The narration is amazing and fits the characters very well.

This is a short and sweet listen. While this is a shorter story, everything we know and love from Lauren Blakely is there. This is my first time hearing Zachery Webber’s narration and I really like it. He’s very connected to the characters and is generally very nice. Dual narrative is great with this duo. I was offered this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. And, I’m glad I agreed to do that.

I love this sweet, sexy and emotional second chance romance! It is a story of misunderstanding and misunderstanding that causes heartache for two young and passionate lovers. Now a decade later and still unable to give her heart to anyone else, Penny and Gabriel have a chance meeting. Will they be able to reconcile their hurt feelings and time between them for a second chance at love? This novel is the perfect example of how to write these stories. It allows us to understand both Penny and Gabriel, then and now, and the passion and eternal love they have for each other. This multifaceted story is fun and flirty, sweet and sexy, and gives me the emotional attachment I crave. Both storytellers are great at bringing these characters to life. I would have preferred a European accent performed for sexy Gabriel but that didn’t stop me from losing myself in their world. I loved every minute of this story and sound and so should you!
