I was completely surprised. I didn’t expect to like this audio title so much. The narrator is amazing, I mean, the transmission itself deserves acclaim. The story is warm, funny, and completely thought-provoking. The characters jump right off the page and come to life through the narrator. There is always another side to a story. and this is something to listen to. I dare you not to love it.

Lovely gentle read, great characters beautifully animated by the author and befriended by the narrator, who I think does a fantastic job.

This is not the kind of book that will change your life and be with you, but I certainly look forward to continuing to read it every night until the end.

I claim I’m rating it higher for the audible version than I could have read it myself because the Irish accent is so captivating. The narrator has done an excellent job of portraying each character, I will try to buy another book narrated by her.

I definitely had a hard time getting through the beginning of this section and almost gave up multiple times. I’m glad I stuck with it because I ended up loving it. Terry Donnelly is actually one of my favorite storytellers right now!
