This story is about Eva and Luke, who we met in The Culmination of Everything. Eva recently got divorced and recently purchased a winery that has been owned by the Luke family for many years. The two hit it off when Luke helps Eva get the winery back up and running.

The Point of It All is a story about love, decisions, grief, regret and acceptance. It’s all just a feeling, and CCJ guarantees that you’ll experience all the movements while reading. Her writing is perfect. Each word has a purpose, a message. Eva and Luke are great characters with more amazing chemistry. I love reading about them together and separately. Eva has to be one of my favorite female MCs of all time. I love her energy and determination when it comes to everything she sets out to do.

I really like how CCJ incorporates little things from her other series into the other books she writes. I hope we see more from Sugar Valley (and Blackwood) in the future.

I really like this book. Miss Jones, as we fans know, really knows how to write a bitter scene. This book definitely has a lot of heartache in it. The past hurts for the main characters, but heartbreaking and Louis. I cried a few times, and the emotions people feel are well written and very human. …. It’s a bit sad for my liking, but even as a sad, maudlin book, it’s still great, and I finished it in a few hours.

I enjoyed reading the story of Eva and Luke. Luke is such a lover. The way he takes care of Eva is so sweet. I’m glad Eva changed her mind about treatment. I feel like she gave up too quickly. I’m so glad she found her purpose in life. Also, I’m glad we received an update on Ben and Kyle.

God, this whole series broke my heart and put it together again and again. These are truly beautiful stories that deal with pain in its many forms. They also show that there is always a second chance for a happy ending🤍
