I realized that I have already read this book. That doesn’t stop me. Anything written by Nora Roberts is interesting no matter how many times I read it. She has the ability to pull the reader into the story, so the pages just keep spinning. The dogs in Search are just as real as humans, becoming the friends we love and cry for. Ditto for her locations. I can smell the forest and feel the sand on the beach. An excellent, suspenseful story!

This is my favorite Nora Roberts indie. Read and re-read this book over and over again! Strong and sunny heroine, the most grumpy badass heroine I’ve read (and for some reason I really like and make me laugh!) And lots of dogs! I love the pace, the storyline, the detail about the search parties using dogs which I find thoroughly engaging. If you especially like books by Nora and the dogs, I highly recommend reading this one! Totally worth it!
