It’s been a long, terrible road ahead. How far will they go for what they believe in?
It’s good to read about the continuing story of two rebels turning their heads and becoming part of a larger cause. The characters are believable in that they suffer the consequences of imperfect plans. I liked the crew addition but was a bit confused about someone who seemed like extra baggage.
This series got off to a promising start, and it has continued to improve and evolve. Some new and interesting characters have been added as well as some very imaginative weapons. Farah and Alyss are two powerful heroines who always try to adhere to her moral and ethical codes while fighting enemies that are not there. I look forward to learning more about the background of some of the new characters introduced here.
