So depressing
This guy is supposed be be a great story teller. I guess it depends on your definition. If a great story teller is someone who explains in excruciating detail every horrible event of his life in a voice that sounds like he’s going to cry at any second, well then, this guy is the best! I think it’s supposed to be funny in a self-deprecating way, but it wasn’t. It was just sad and pathetic. I’m depressed from listening to it. This was a freebie. Maybe I should have gone with the apocalyptic biker cat option. Trying to survive the end of the world would’ve been a happier story. I’m gonna go cry now.

Adam’s story comes straight from the heart. I laughed out loud and yet there were times I was touched by his struggles. He’s the kind of person you want to meet. I can’t wait until he comes out with book 2.

Although Adam’s humor does not make me laugh until I cry, I found this audible selection enjoyable. For those who found it sad, the fact that he rose above his years of being bullied and used it as material to be successful, is not sad at all. This should be required listening for all middle school kids. It takes a talented comedian to get laughs without being completely vulgar these days.
