The narration of a Merciful Silence is done by Teri Schnaubelt. She has been thoroughly consistent with her performance throughout the Mercy Kilpatrick series and the subject novel is no different.

A rainstorm happened and it uncovered as many as five dead bodies in one night. It was a recap of the distinctive slaughter of a couple of families. It happened a couple of decades ago. Mercy Kilpatrick series is an excellent crime series. A Merciful Silence chapter is good in the way it developed the characters. You will see some definite spark in Mercy Kilpatrick’s character in every chapter, including this one.
