Sarah J. Mass is back again with a nerve-racking book, which has mind blowing situations played by some great characters. The Crown of Midnight novel is specifically intended for kids between the age of 11 and 13, while other teenagers may also enjoy it. This book is part 2 of the Throne of Glass series by the author. Once again, Elizabeth Evans did the honors for doing the narration of this book, which is done exceptionally well with her pleasant voice and expression.

Celaena Sardothien was hands down the greatest assassin that the world has ever seen. The million dollar question that arises in the Crown of Midnight is that whether she also has a heart of an assassin?

After 1 whole year of hard labor that she did in the Endovier Salt Mines for her sins, she manages to win the contest set by the king. This allowed her to become the new royal assassin of the kingdom. But, one thing that the Crown prince didn’t know is that Celaena is far away from being loyal to him or he crown. Her new responsibilities under such disguise is challenging and would test all her skills and abilities in a totally new way. But, all this is not the only point of confusion for the 18 year old assassin. Although, she has opted clearly between Chaol and Dorian, but they ways of her heart are never going to be that obvious and simple as it seems.

Heir of Fire and Throne of Glass are other beautiful novels penned by Sarah J. Mass. They are also intended for young kids and are exceptionally well written and narrated.
