Island of Glass (Audiobook) Guardians Trilogy Book 3 By Nora Roberts
Outstanding finale comes with rocking revelations and unpacking of the mysteries which Nora Roberts had been keeping in the store of her mind from day one. A stepwise progress is observed and the author never looked in haste in the depiction of the story, she enjoys the creation of the series at each step.
This feeling is evident in Bay of Sighs where the selection of words captures our mind for more than two hours during which we listen about the underwater world of mermaids. Now it is up to Doyle to search for the star of Ice leads, all he had to do was to go to Ireland and for some the task was the easiest one can find.
For Doyle it is the toughest task he is ever given because it is attached to his tragic past from which he has been running all her life. For Doyle going to Ireland is worse than dying. The second one is Riley the one with a wolf inside her that has a true impact on her mind and capacities.
Sadly she too is haunted by the fear of the dark goddess who wants her and not the stars. Love is there like the previous parts but the extremity of the mission does not allow the two to make love even when they are dying for the crazy feeling from the inside.
Saskia Maarleveld has finished well what she started a long time ago and she has done justice with the whole trilogy through her voice. Feelings are conveyed and the action painted in the most fabulous way in all the three parts.
