Author Cassandra Clare introduces Camille Belcourt who also thinks that the time is right to strike back. Camille a vampire once ruled the land and now she wants the vampires to rule the world again for which she needs Simon on her side. Simon has become a powerful being but he has not been in a perfect state mentally after what happened to him in City of Bones and City of Ashes. Being heartbroken Simon prefers to live alone away from the fights and horrors of the world. Ed Westwick and Molly C. Quinn take up the charge of narration for this fourth part. It was Natalie’s narration that ended the trilogy and now with new characters, we listen to new voices too.
