I was really looking forward to this as I loved the previous book in the series, however I was a bit disappointed. It’s clear who the killer was in the first place, and I find it hard to believe that two well-trained police officers didn’t figure it out. Plus, I find it hard to believe that Elise would doubt David or give up on him so easily. The story doesn’t have the same page-turning quality as the previous books, and the ending is downright silly. Will get the next book – if there is a follow – but if this book is any indication I have a feeling that the series will go downhill quickly.
