The Knocked Up Plan By Lauren Blakely – Audiobook Online
The Knocked Up Plan is a contemporary romance novel written by Lauren Blakely. The story revolves around the main characters, Nicole Powers and Ryder Lockhart, who find themselves in an unexpected situation that leads to a unique arrangement.
Nicole Powers is a successful and independent woman who has always prioritized her career over relationships. She is content with her life but feels the pressure of her biological clock ticking away. Determined to have a child without the complications of a romantic relationship, Nicole decides to take matters into her own hands.
Ryder Lockhart, Nicole’s charming and attractive coworker, is known for his playboy reputation. When he learns about Nicole’s plan, he surprises her by offering to be the sperm donor. Ryder proposes a no-strings-attached arrangement where they can conceive a child together without any emotional involvement or commitment.
Nicole is initially taken aback by Ryder’s proposition but eventually agrees to his offer. She sees it as an opportunity to fulfill her desire for motherhood while maintaining her independence. However, Ryder sets one condition – they must try to conceive naturally and not through clinical methods.
As Nicole and Ryder embark on their unconventional journey, they find themselves spending more time together outside of work. Their physical attraction grows stronger, blurring the lines of their original agreement. They start developing feelings for each other, which complicates their arrangement.
Throughout the book, Nicole and Ryder navigate the challenges of their evolving relationship while dealing with their own personal issues. They must confront their fears, insecurities, and past experiences that have shaped their views on love and commitment.
As their connection deepens, Nicole and Ryder must decide whether to continue with their original plan or take a chance on love. They face obstacles and conflicts that test their bond, forcing them to confront their true desires and priorities.
The Knocked Up Plan explores themes of love, friendship, family, and the complexities of modern relationships. It delves into the idea of unconventional paths to parenthood and the unexpected ways that love can enter our lives.
Overall, The Knocked Up Plan is a steamy and heartfelt romance novel that explores the complexities of relationships and the power of unexpected connections.

There are three little words that most guys don’t want to hear on a first date. Not these… I mean these: “take me down.”
This single girl has had enough games, BS and endless chase. I know what I want most, and that’s not true love. It’s a pie in the oven, and I don’t mind hitting my sex-crazed colleague to get the job done. Ryder is gorgeous, witty, and wild – and he’s also a notorious fear of commitment. That makes him the perfect candidate to deposit money in my bank. I won’t love him, he won’t love me, and there’s no way the baby will turn three. Right?
There are four words every guy wants to hear on a first date: “your place or mine?”
When a colleague as hot as my sin makes me a non-binding offer regarding her position, my position, any place – nor any position – I cannot refuse. Besides, I have reason to accept her deal even with her one big condition.
There’s no way I’d want more from a woman than any position, any place, any night. Except…what if I do something?
I really enjoyed this one. I normally do enjoy Lauren Blakely’s books. And, with these 2 narrators, what’s not to love? Still, some I like more than others. And this one for me is up there with The Sexy One, which was holding the spot for my favorite so far by this author. This was a really nice listen, with characters that were well done. I liked them all. I love having a story where it’s not just boy meets girl, have a little angst or baggage, then get together.
